Reporting to Food Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
- Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
- Serve guests, pack groceries, stock, and face shelves.
- Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department; clean up breakage and spills, clean shelves, bins and displays as needed, and keep aisles free of debris.
- Adhere to company policies, procedure, and standards ins social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to wine, spirits and beer.
- Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow FIFO.
- Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices.
- You are 19 years of age or older and be willing and able to obtain Serve It Right certification.
- You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements, - standing, kneeling, crouching, and performing heavy lifting regularly.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
