We’re excited to grow our Client Care team and are looking for a part-time Client Care Coordinator to join us at our King location.
This role is all about balancing high-level administrative coordination with an elevated, people-first client experience. The ideal candidate is someone who can juggle a busy front desk, manage bookings with care, and make everyone feel welcome and supported the moment they walk through our doors.
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable with booking systems, but who also genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating a seamless experience. If you’re organized, friendly, and thrive in fast-paced environments, you’ll shine here.
Your Role: • Greet and support clients from the moment they arrive always with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention
- Respond to high volumes of calls and emails efficiently and with care
- Manage daily bookings and schedules using our booking software (accuracy is key!)
- Thoughtfully guide clients through service options, pre- and post-care questions, and appointment planning
- Problem-solve booking or service issues with clear, calm communication
- Ensure clients feel seen, supported, and appreciated — every single time
- Support the spa team with coordination, and day-to-day clinic flow
We’re Looking for Someone Who: • Has 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service and/or administrative role
- Is extremely detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and proactive
- Is a confident communicator — verbally and in writing — and can handle sensitive conversations with tact
- Brings a client-first mindset while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes
- Is tech-savvy and confident navigating booking systems
- Thrives in a team environment and brings positive, collaborative energy
- Wants to continue their career growth in management or aesthetics, and takes initiatives to grow and develop in their role and within the company

Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on previous experience
Benefits: Health & Dental for full-time employees, enrolment in the Employee Appreciation Program,
Schedule: 2-3 days a week, includes evenings and weekends
