Our growing financial practice in Fredericton, New Brunswick is seeking a Practice Manager to join our team and help drive efficiency, enhance client relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings

  • Manage and maintain the team calendar and key deadlines

  • Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person

  • Oversee client relationship management and ensure a high standard of service

  • Open new client accounts and ensure accurate documentation

  • Track client information, follow-ups, and service milestones

  • Plan and execute client appreciation events and educational seminars

  • Support day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Collaborate with advisors to streamline workflows and improve client experience

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, or similar)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Community-minded with a client-first attitude

  • Understands the importance of giving back and fostering community engagement

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is required

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
