Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during all stages of food preparation
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is beneficial
