We have a permanent part- time role at our busy Grand Forks Petro-Pass Fuel Bulk Plant for someone who loves to work both in and out-of-doors, is a self-starter and has excellent customer service skills. If this is you, we would love to hear from you!

The Customer Service and Cardlock Associate will have the responsibility of maintaining the cardlock area, doing basic repairs, maintaining an organized and safe warehouse and providing exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm with (flexible shift during business hours)

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients using the point-of-sale system, cash register and debit machines as required.
  • Complete daily and weekly cardlock processes and inspections including: fuel dips, change out garbage and windshield buckets, cleaning cardlock, all office areas, floors and bathrooms and maintaining the cardlock area, keeping the area free of snow, oil spills, etc.
  • Complete minor repairs including replacing of damaged hoses and nozzles
  • Receive and record supplier and customer lubricant orders
  • Dip and record the oil/water separator levels and test the on/off valve on a weekly basis
  • Complete paperwork associated with day-to-day duties and safety requirements
  • Complete all required documentation, forms, checklists, and reporting within the timelines established as appropriate
  • Provides superior customer service both internally & externally
  • Maintain the store and warehouse inventory and stock shelves as necessary
  • Complete monthly Inventory count and associated reporting
  • Inspect all equipment and ensure it is in working order and assist clients with cardlock reader issues as they arise
  • Top up dye tanks in dye injection pumps as required to prevent any run-outs (where applicable)

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

  • 2 or more years Customer Service experience
  • Basic Computer Skills with an attention to detail are required
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • A clean criminal record check is required
  • Committed to providing quality work while working safely
  • Physically fit to be on your feet most of the day and to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize your day
  • Strong customer service skills & professional demeanor
  • Self-Motivated - enjoys being outside and working independently
