About The Role We are seeking a results-driven Senior Financial Analyst / Consultant to join our clients International Money Movement function. This role is critical in delivering high-impact financial insights through monthly scorecards and dashboards, supporting global operations. You will drive the development and automation of recurring financial reports while also leading ad-hoc analysis and contributing to broader business intelligence initiatives.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong technical fluency in BI tools, excellent stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Scorecards
- Produce, refine, and deliver monthly reporting packages and performance scorecards across international money movement activities.
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and VBA.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in reporting for senior leadership and operational teams.
- Automation & Data Infrastructure
- Lead the automation of manual reporting processes within the first 6 months.
- Work with data engineering and technology teams to enhance data pipelines, improve data accessibility, and ensure scalable reporting infrastructure.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis & Stakeholder Support
- Respond to time-sensitive, ad hoc data requests from global stakeholders across finance, operations, and strategy teams.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions and present actionable insights.
- Business Intelligence & Strategic ProjectsCollaborate on strategic data projects that enhance decision-making within the international payments and treasury ecosystem.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape metrics, KPIs, and financial models aligned with operational goals.
Requirements Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or consulting roles—ideally within financial services, payments, or banking sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel (including VBA Macros), and SQL.
- Proven track record in automating recurring reports and working with large datasets across multiple platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional partners globally.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrix environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or designation (e.g., CFA, MBA) is an asset.
