Operations Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Position:
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting international business development and student recruitment efforts. This position is responsible for optimizing operations, managing key accounts, and ensuring efficient execution of business strategies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Development Coordinators, Business Developers, and the Vice President to streamline operations.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for international recruitment.
- Act as the primary liaison between recruitment teams and external partners.
- Manage incoming agent inquiries, ensuring seamless business relationships.
- Support agent and key account development, including handling escalations and problem-solving.
- Track and analyze KPIs, team targets, and performance metrics.
- Provide business-critical insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain databases, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Identify gaps in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes, recommending improvements.
- Support contract compliance policies and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance operational systems and reporting structures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations, business development, or project management.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience in international education, recruitment, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data reporting and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and executive teams.
