Let us craft a delicious future together! Join the Embassy Ingredients Sales Team as our Sales Coordinator! At Embassy Ingredients, you will join a fast-paced, customer-first environment that is:

  • Growing at a rate of 20% year over year,
  • Supports prospective efforts and proposal preparations and,
  • Executes campaigns, customer presentations, and product sample coordination.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

Account Management – House Accounts

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated house accounts.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers to support retention and growth.
  • Track order patterns and flag any inconsistencies or opportunities to upsell.
  • Monitor account activity and proactively address client inquiries or concerns.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

  • Support the marketing team with the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, customer presentations, and product sample coordination.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for account managers and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on prospecting efforts and proposal preparation.
  • Assist in the completion and submission of commercialization documents, new product listing forms, and customer setup documents to ensure timely and accurate launches.

Customer Service Support

  • Provide backup coverage for our customer service team during peak periods, absences, or high-volume times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.

Travel and Event Planning

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for sales and executive team members.
  • Assist in planning and executing logistics for trade shows, customer visits, and innovation sessions.
  • Track expenses and submit reports in a timely and organized manner.

Here’s What You’ll Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar support role, ideally in food manufacturing, distribution, or CPG.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an asset.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
