Job Summary
This position will be responsible for Accounts Payable for Canada, US and Argentina divisions. You will develop strong communications with office & field staff, as well as with vendors accounting personnel and sales staff.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Enter vendor invoices for payment
- Manage cheque run bi-weekly
- Prepare vendor cheques for mailing
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions
- Electronic filing of AP documents
- Vendor queries and follow up
- Reconciling monthly vendor statements
- Rotating reception coverage (lunch breaks & time off)
- General office duties as required (e.g., maintenance, cleanliness, etc.)
- Compliance with quality and safety management requirements
- Other duties as determined from time to time
About the Individual
- 3-6 years of accounting experience
- An administrative Certificate or Diploma is a strong asset
- A minimum of intermediate knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Internet Explorer
- Intermediate to advance in Excel
- Experience using accounting software
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Always approachable and professional in approach
- Able to keep several projects moving forward at once
- Comfortable contacting customers and staff via phone or e-mail
- An ability to prioritize is a must
- A professional telephone manner

Our SideKick technology enables our partners who are already using our Frac Shack technology to take in-field natural gas and process it down to a safe state for multiple uses, significantly reducing the need for diesel fuel, and reducing the need to flare off clean burning natural gas.
The state-of-the-art data capture system keeps you on top of fuel consumption, substitution rates, and site productivity, while keeping your costs and diesel consumption down.
