The GTA Sales Manager - HVAC will be responsible for the development, efforts, and results of the HVAC Account Managers within the designated market. They will work closely with the HVAC Leadership team on forecasted financial goals, teammate engagement, delivering Noble’s service commitment, and growth in Noble’s market share. This individual will be responsible for providing the framework of growth and profitability to the Account Managers, while offering coaching opportunities to maximize results.

How You Contribute To Noble's Success Leadership
- Responsible for the performance and development of the HVAC Account Managers.
- Sets expectations and offers guidance to their teams to maximize customer relationships and knowledge.
- Responsible for the recruitment, assessment, selection, development, retention, and growth of their team.
- Coaches and assists their sales team on effective lead generation and sales prospects.
- Communicates effectively and continuously with Branch Leaders.
- Sets examples for the sales team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Conducts regular coaching with the sales team to build motivation and selling skills.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within their teams.
Sales, Financial and Market Position
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of sales goals and profitability.
- Assists their teams with pricing strategy and margin analysis according to market trends.
- Responsible for defining pricing structures within their market.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by their sales team.
- Ensures that their sales team meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conducts sales meetings on a regular basis.
- Oversees the department’s expenditures.
Must Haves and Nice to Haves
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams in a people leadership role.
- Minimum five (5) years of HVAC wholesale/distribution sales experience with an organization that sells to allnsizes of business.
- Demonstrated experience in strategically growing sales and margins within a territory.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate a high-performing sales force.
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle; ability to travel and engage with customers and teammates is required.
Nice To Have
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business is preferred.
- Experience in a business targeting a contractor customer base an asset.
