Job Description:
Future Achievers is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support the effective coordination of hiring, onboarding, and team scheduling processes within our growing organization. This position is funded in partnership with Canada Summer Jobs by the Government of Canada, offering an opportunity for youth to gain meaningful experience in a supportive and collaborative work environment. The HR Coordinator will assist in developing job descriptions, managing applicant tracking systems, coordinating team schedules, and maintaining HR documentation and templates to support project-based staffing and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and role postings
- Manage applicant tracking, screening, and communication
- Coordinate onboarding and team scheduling for new and existing team members
- Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and templates
- Contribute to process improvements for internal operations and team management
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education or have graduated in the last 12 months
Comfortable working remotely and using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
