TITLE: Senior Warehouse Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW: As part of our continued investment in growing our Canadian operations, we are seeking a motivated, process-driven Senior Warehouse Coordinator to help scale and streamline our warehouse. You will work alongside our existing team member to manage daily operations across receiving, inventory, and shipping, while leading process improvements to support future growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building efficient, scalable processes.
As our operations grow, this role offers a clear path to Warehouse Supervisor or Manager; with increasing responsibility over people, processes and systems.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

INBOUND & RECEIVING: Schedule deliveries, inspect goods, reconcile paperwork, post receipts in ERP/WMS, and organize put-away with bar-coding and complying to location management and FIFO management of all products

INVENTORY CONTROL: Lead cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, optimize bin locations and space utilization, and maintain item master accuracy;

OUTBOUND & SHIPPING: Pick, pack, and prepare orders and transfers. Generate bills of lading, customs documents, and freight labels. Streamline shipping processes;

RETURNS & RMA: Receive and process returned goods for repair, restocking, or disposal. Maintain accurate system records;

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Map workflows, lead 5S/Lean activities, document SOPs, and support WMS or automation initiatives. Track progress through KPIs;

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE: Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free warehouse. Ensure compliance with OHSA, WHMIS and equipment inspections

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Maintain relationships with key providers to ensure effective execution of daily requirements and to resolve any issues that may arise.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations and moderate noise;

Regular standing, walking, bending, lifting and equipment operation;

Occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of end-to-end warehouse experience, including ERP/WMS transactions;
-
Proven track record with 5S, Lean, Kaizen or similar process improvement methods;

Proficiency in Excel;

Experience with UPS WorldShip and Acumatica is an asset;

Strong written and verbal communication skills for SOPs and cross functional collaboration
PREFERRED ASSETS:
- Experience with UPS WorldShip and Acumatica;
- Comfortable with use a walk behind forklift Familiarity with customs compliance;
- Experience in e-commerce or 3PL environments
