What You’ll Do:
- Guide clients through mortgage options with confidence and clarity.
- Prepare complete mortgage applications and work hand-in-hand with underwriters to get fast approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and stay on top of rate changes and lending criteria.
- Educate clients on mortgage products — from fixed-rate to variable, new purchases to renewals.
- Keep clients informed and empowered throughout the mortgage journey.
- Stay compliant with regulatory guidelines (FSRA, etc.) while delivering top-tier service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent (FSRAO in Brampton, Ontario).
- Experience working with underwriters, with a clear understanding of what makes a deal approvable.
- Strong communication skills - both with clients and lending partners.
- Tech-savvy (CRM, digital forms, online platforms).
- Self-starter who can manage leads and close deals independently.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have a book of business or referral network.
- Know how to package a deal so underwriters love it.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-trust, no-excuses environment.
