GENERAL SUMMARY
The EPC Team Member reports to the Quality Manager or designate. This position is
responsible for inspection of product quality to ensure compliance with applicable QMS
procedures and customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
A. Perform EPC (early product containment) for new launch parts
B. Inspect stamped / welded / assembled product to standards defined in Quality Documentation
and work instructions
C. Sort / inspect / rework contained product to established work instructions
D. Completion of visual and gage inspections
E. Completion of associated inspection documentation
F. Maintain records of audits, open communication between Production & Quality and overall
professional behavior as a member of the Quality team
G. 5S Work area organization adherence and improvement
H. In addition to performing primary duties, the individual shall provide support where deemed necessary by Management

Our manufacturing footprint allows full coverage of the NAFTA market from Canada, through the southern United States and down through Mexico. Our organization includes 12 facilities and 1 sales and engineering office encompassing 1.6 million square feet, 115 state of the art stamping presses up to 1,650 tons, as well as hundreds of secondary assembly operations. Ten of the facilities are production facilities with two being our tooling and automation technical centers. We are powered by 2,000 team members in 3 countries.
Our sales have grown annually at a compounded rate of 18.0% for the last eight years, tripling our business, while making us one of the largest leading Tier II automotive stamping and assembly suppliers with annual sales approaching $487 million.
Over the last decade we have deployed nearly $200 million in capital spending for new facilities, expanded facilities, new equipment, technologies, processes and acquisitions.
