As a Store A Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory and manage stock levels
- Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the convenience store industry
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
