Job Details & Responsibilities:

You will provide clerical and receptionist services in the Recreation Department and be responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the front office. You will also greet visitors and answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner. You will be responsible for receiving and processing monies for pool admissions, memberships, facility rentals, department program registrations, and various miscellaneous items.

Requirements:

  • Age 16+;

  • Possess strong public relations and interpersonal skills;

  • Possess the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment; and,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and previous cash handling skills would be a definite asset.

Compensation & Benefits:

The 2025 salary range for this position is $18.75 - $19.89. The successful candidate will receive a free membership to the JBS Canada Centre during their term of employment.

A clean criminal records check will be required before an offer of employment is presented to the successful candidate.
