Pateno Payments is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team. The position would be full time based in our Calgary, AB office. Reporting to the Controller, the ideal incumbent is one who is highly motivated, and gets things done accurately, effectively and with minimal supervision.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college
• Recognized professional accountant designation (CPA, CGA, CA, CMA)
• Advanced skills with Excel and general proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.

Specific Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities include the following:

• Assisting with and supervising daily and month end reconciliations
• Managing AP/AR process
• Preparing all monthly, quarterly and year end reporting requirements
• Assisting with the year end audit process
• Other duties as assigned
