Job Description
As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for leading the sales enablement strategy for RBC Private Wealth. This includes developing and implementing training programs, sales tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of our sales teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and create tailored programs.
- Design and implement sales tools and resources to support the sales process.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related role.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience in a leadership role within a financial services organization.
- Proven track record of driving sales performance through enablement initiatives.
