About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Real Estate Manager to play a key role in identifying new site opportunities, supporting franchisees, and managing our national real estate portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and evaluate 30+ new locations annually across Canada
- Manage the national real estate portfolio and support franchisees with lease-related matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and landlords
- Negotiate competitive lease terms and submit proposals to secure optimal sites
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and submit required documentation
- Track and stay informed on real estate trends and innovations in the industry
- Lead the site approval process and ensure all locations meet brand and operational standards
- Handle various ad-hoc real estate and development tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in real estate or commercial business development (franchising an asset)
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Experience in demographic analysis and developing real estate strategies
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to travel as required
- Passion for the food and hospitality industry
