Title: Epicor Finance Consultant
Location: Remote – Canada-Based

We’ve been exclusively retained by one of North America’s top Epicor partners to identify a skilled Epicor Finance Consultant to join their rapidly growing consulting team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a finance-savvy ERP professional who thrives in client-facing roles and is passionate about process improvement and system optimization.
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering Epicor ERP (v9, v10, or Kinetic) financial solutions to manufacturing and distribution clients across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary financial consultant on Epicor ERP projects—leading discovery, configuration, and implementation of financial modules
- Advise clients on GAAP/IFRS compliance, financial best practices, and business process optimization
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations
- Lead functional design for customizations, reporting, and integrations
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and finance stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, controllers, and other finance leaders
- Stay current with Epicor certifications and evolving ERP best practices
- Travel to customer sites across Canada and the U.S. (~20%, occasional overnight travel)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience with a focus on financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Multi-Currency, Budgeting, Consolidations)
- Strong accounting/finance background (CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, or equivalent preferred)
- Proven success in leading or supporting full-cycle Epicor financial implementations
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or job-shop environments
- Comfortable communicating with C-suite and senior finance leadership
- Prior ERP consulting experience is a strong asset
- Skilled in client presentations, documentation, and problem solving
- Must reside in Canada and be open to occasional travel
- Collaborative, people-first mindset with a client-focused approach
