About the Role:
We’re looking for a flexible, self-starting Virtual Assistant
to handle the small-but-mighty admin tasks that keep Studio3 running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone organized and tech-savvy looking to support a creative, values-driven agency.
Responsibilities:
- Format and upload blogs and newsletters in WordPress, Squarespace and Flodesk
- Schedule and post social content using Gain
- Send invoices and assist with tracking receipts or budget docs
- Organize and send onboarding materials, SOWs, and contracts
- Maintain Google Drive and Wrike organization
- Draft and format templated client emails and follow-ups
- Email monitoring and calendar management
- Help prep materials for coaching, workshops, or internal projects
Requirements:
- 1+ year of VA or admin experience (ideally with a creative or marketing business)
- Comfort with Google Drive, Gmail, and basic tools like Canva, WordPress, or Flodesk
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and SOPs
- Great communicator, async-friendly
- Bonus: Familiar with Slack, Wrike, and Gain
- Bonus: Located in Canada or working PST/MST hours
