Work Model: 5 Days in Office

Office Location: Yonge and St. Clair

Compensation: 100% Commission (see structure below)

Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant , where your primary focus will be cultivating strong relationships with both clients and candidates while building a robust sales pipeline through proactive phone outreach. Our deep focus in this niche allows us to lead the industry without diluting our strengths across multiple verticals. In a fast-paced, evolving industry, our Inside Sales / Account Executives adapt to change, partnering with top-tier clients and exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand the candidate pipeline through proactive telephone engagement
• Promote Bilingual Source to candidates and increase brand awareness
• Grow our market share with targeted candidate outreach
• Maintain regular, weekly communication with candidates
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned client base
• Utilize our state-of-the-art ATS to track and maintain candidate records
• Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager to discuss challenges and opportunities
• Develop new accounts to contribute to company growth

Qualifications:

• Sales experience, preferably in an inside sales environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (French strongly preferred)
• Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently
• Excellent time management and resourcefulness
• High-energy professional with superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Proven organizational skills in a collaborative setting

Commission Model: 30% of the Revenue You Generate

Example:

Client pays $12,000 for a placement

→ Your contribution: $6,000 (50% revenue split)

→ Your commission: $1,800 (30% of your $6,000)

→ Translation: Every successful placement earns you approximately $1,800 (depending on salary)

Performance Expectations & Ramp-Up Schedule

Formula for Success (Months 1–4):

• 25 candidates sourced per month
• 20–25 candidate send-outs
• 5 placements
• Target: $9,000/month
