Beltservice has an immediate opening for a motivated Customer Service Representative for our branch location in Mississauga, ON, Canada. The CSR responds to customer requests regarding order status, product information, account status, pricing, product, or service.

Responsibilities:

Work with distributors or original equipment manufacturers to serve existing customers on appropriate product recommendations for simple and low-complexity orders.

Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes / orders using the Microsoft D365 F&O Enterprise Resource (ERP) system.

Work closely with Sales Operations/Customer Service Managers, Plant Managers, and Product Group Managers to better serve customer needs.

Build strong working relationships with customers.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction through professional customer support.
Requirements:

3+ years of industrial sales background; inside sales, customer service, "B-2-B", or distributor sales.

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Detail oriented – order entry through Microsoft D365 or experience working with an ERP system, preferred.

Ability to learn “Beginner” practical knowledge of product and customer applications.

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of a company and with customers.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience working in a Microsoft environment; working primarily with customers through email and telephone.
