This is a full time Admin Assistant position reporting to the Sales Manager and company President.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Admin/Sales:
- Responding intelligently to inbound customer inquiries (emails and phone calls)
- Preparing advertising quotes
- Actively prospecting new clients to grow business and attain monthly targets
- Maintaining detailed customer records
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
Accounting:
- Creating customer invoices
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Process recurring transactions
- Collecting payment for outstanding invoices
Other:
- Assisting with coordination of community magazine deliveries
