Your job

• Provide strategic leadership on cybersecurity innovation initiatives, ensuring their design, implementation and alignment with management objectives
• Advise stakeholders and senior management on cybersecurity issues and orientations, and effectively communicate innovation priorities
• Design, develop and test prototypes to validate new security approaches and assess their feasibility
• Collaborate with architects, SOC analysts, developers and other specialists to create security solutions tailored to the Bank's needs
• Support teams in optimising their processes using artificial intelligence solutions by improving automation and cybersecurity decision-making
• Ensure continuous it watch to stay on top of cloud and cybersecurity threats and advances

Prerequisites

• University degree in computer engineering, computer science or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of cybersecurity experience, including designing and implementing secure solutions

• Extensive DevSecOps experience (5 years or more), including automation, infrastructure, software development and integrated security

• Mastery of CI/CD pipelines and ability to integrate security seamlessly into software development

• Infrastructure-as-Code skills with tools such as Terraform and GitHub Actions, applied to AWS environments

• Expertise in Policy-as-Code for automated compliance and security remediation in the cloud

• Keen interest or practical experience with artificial intelligence applications in cybersecurity
