Reporting the Director of Marketing and Merchandising, the Brand Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of WUXLY’s annual marketing plan through a dynamic mix of strategic planning, digital engagement, and creative production. From coordinating photoshoots to developing marketing assets, this role ensures brand messaging stays cohesive and impactful across all platforms, for WUXLY's Core Brand and Capabilities business streams.

Position and Duties:

  • Exemplify Wuxly’s core values in all interactions and communications, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with all Wuxly Way processes.
  • Ensure Wuxly ERP System (Odoo) is being utilized with all aspects of this role.
  • Ensure ISO 9001 and 14001 compliance in all relevant aspects of this role.
  • Support the implementation of the annual marketing plan.
  • Provide support in public relations and brand partnerships, and lead the coordination of influencer strategy, acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Digital Advertising Management (Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads).
  • Implement and manage social media strategy to grow traffic, build community and increase brand awareness.
  • Ideate and implement the social media content calendar in Planoly, creating a consistent persona to build a relationship with our clientele.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns including mood boarding, model casting, styling and on-set coordination.
  • Support the execution of the marketing strategy across digital (web & social) and in-person (events & activations) channels by creating both digital and physical assets (banners, catalogs, presentations).
  • Manage and oversee content, postings and comments across social media channels.
  • Support the development of the email marketing strategy and manage client communications by sending emails via the Klaviyo app on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate within the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Support on researching current fashion trends, market preferences, and competitor designs to prepare seasonal mood boards and line plans that guide merchandising and design strategy.
  • Support the marketing team with the creative direction and development of the merchandising collections for WUXLY (product, pricing, assortment).
  • Additional responsibilities as the role and the candidate evolve.

Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Alignment with Wuxly’s Core Values: Humble, Hungry, Hardworking, Heart, Row Together.
  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing generalist role, or similar experience.
  • Experience in utilizing an ERP system in key aspects of previous roles (Odoo preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accountability.
