Wage range is $22.00-$25.00 per hour and wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education. This position requires the ability to work day or evening shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the commercial team adheres to provided timelines and schedules
- Maintain project documentation
- Problem solve issues that may arise during a project
- Manage and build relationships with multiple teams
- Assist the Commercial Sales Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Analyze project data, shop drawings & customer purchase orders
- Assist in developing and producing proposals for clients
- Source and price products as per quote requests
Essential:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Keen attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of the plumbing, heating and construction distribution business
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and suppliers
- Strong problem solving skills
- Completion of Grade 12
- Data entry skills
Desirable:
- Familiar with industry and/or products
- Experience with commercial customers and quotations an asset
