The Role
As a Portfolio Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service, maintaining accurate data across systems, and supporting our portfolio managers and broader investment team. This is not a back-office role—it’s a front-line opportunity for someone who understands that excellence in execution is foundational to client trust.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and process client account documentation and onboarding with precision and care.

Monitor daily activity across investment accounts, flag issues, and resolve discrepancies swiftly.

Maintain and update client relationship and portfolio management systems, ensuring accurate, real-time data.

Generate performance reports and other client communications, with a focus on clarity and quality.

Support client meetings through scheduling, preparation, and follow-up documentation.

Contribute to the client review process, helping maintain a proactive service model.

Assist with business development activities and ad hoc reporting as required.
What We’re Looking For

Completion or partial completion of Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is preferred and recommended, but not a strict prerequisite.

A bachelor’s degree or other similar certification is required.

Experience in a client service or portfolio administration role within an investment firm, bank, or other business providing financial services.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset.

Proactive, accountable and diligent in the completion of your responsibilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment with high standards and mutual respect.
