About You: You're an energetic, organized, self-starter and have a passion to provide clients with top notch service. You are organized, a strong multi-tasker and enjoy being on the front line communicating and coordinating with clients and team members. You enjoy interacting with new people and are able to build strong relationships quicker than most people.

Job Description: We are seeking an organized, friendly, capable customer service representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for communicating with clients, coordinating sales visits with clients, and managing the schedules for sales employees to maximize their effectiveness each day. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organization and communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of coordinating and scheduling our sales and service visits.
  • Schedule team members to perform the work and support them.
  • Regularly update clients on appointments and expectations.
  • Manage the schedule of the sales and service employees to ensure full and productive work days.
  • Communicate with clients to coordinate the date, time, and set expectations for visits

Qualifications:

  • Excellent client relations skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Highly organized and able to track multiple clients and team members at the same time.
  • Able to receive constructive criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter able to think on their feet and work independently.
  • Team player that is not afraid to share thoughts and ideas.
