POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in international trade law matters, including trade remedies, free trade agreements, trade policy, customs compliance and audits, economic sanctions, export controls, cross-border product regulation, and investor-state disputes;
  • Exposure to the negotiation, litigation and arbitration of trade disputes, with demonstrated experience with the Canada Border Services Agency, Canadian Federal courts, and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal considered an asset;
  • Exceptional client service skills;
  • Superior communication and drafting skills;
  • Energized by a fast-paced setting and able to prioritize competing tasks;
  • Excellent academic credentials;
  • Ability to travel as required.
