Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role
- Solid financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a bias for action
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior business partners in a dynamic or high-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adjust quickly to shifting priorities or business strategies in ambiguous environments
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our General & Administrative (G&A) functions, including Corporate Development, Corporate Engineering, Finance, Legal, and People
- Reporting to the VP, Finance
- Act as the primary finance partner to G&A leaders, and build trusting relationships to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Lead the annual planning, and monthly and quarterly forecasting processes for G&A departments
- Create monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual analysis, flagging risks and opportunities and providing variance analysis with clear narratives
- Collaborate with Accounting during close cycles to ensure accurate accruals and expense classifications
- Analyze operating expenses, headcount, vendor spend, and ROI on key initiatives; identify trends and recommend improvements
- Drive and support FP&A-wide process improvements and automation within financial planning tools and reporting systems
- Build trusting partnerships with a variety of stakeholders including G&A department leaders, Talent, Corporate FP&A, Accounting and Procurement
- Translate complex data and financial information into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders and executives
- Challenge stakeholders in a constructive and professional manner and influence decisions with data
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
