How You’ll Be Contributing:
- Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensuring proper approvals and coding, in a high-volume, multi-currency environment
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payments (EFT, cheques, wire transfers)
- Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations related to accounts payable
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and supporting documentation
- Collaborate closely with both colleagues across all departments and directly with owners
- Ensure compliance with tax rules (GST/HST/QST) and internal financial controls, including tax number validation through the CRA portal
We’d Love to Hear from You if You Have:
- 6 months to 3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-currency environment
- Basic understanding of Canadian tax regulations (GST/HST/QST)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tecsys Eliteseries or similar)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a team
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for Quebec-based operations
Please Note:
While this is a hybrid role, the candidate should be prepared to work from the office more than two days per week when required—particularly during onboarding, at month-end, and surrounding our fiscal year-end (December 31).

Votre contribution :
- Recevoir, vérifier et traiter les factures des fournisseurs, en veillant à ce qu’elles soient correctement approuvées et codées, dans un environnement multidevise et à volume élevé.
- Réconcilier les relevés des fournisseurs et résoudre les écarts dans les meilleurs délais.
- Préparer et traiter les paiements hebdomadaires et mensuels (virements électroniques, chèques, virements bancaires).
- Surveiller la boîte de réception des comptes fournisseurs et répondre aux demandes internes et externes.
- Aider à la clôture de fin de mois et au rapprochement des comptes fournisseurs.
- Tenir des registres organisés de toutes les transactions et des pièces justificatives.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les collègues de tous les services et directement avec les propriétaires.
- Veiller au respect des règles fiscales (TPS/TVH/TVQ) et des contrôles financiers internes, y compris la validation des numéros d’identification fiscale via le portail de l’ARC.
Exigences :
- De six (6) mois à trois (3) ans d’expérience en comptabilité pour les comptes fournisseurs, de préférence dans un environnement à volume élevé et multidevise.
- Connaissance de base de la réglementation fiscale canadienne (TPS/TVH/TVQ).
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et expérience avec des progiciels de gestion intégrés (PGI) (par exemple, Tecsys Eliteseries ou similaire)
- Grand souci du détail et capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps remarquables.
- Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en contribuant activement à une équipe.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis pour les activités basées au Québec.
Remarque :
Bien qu’il s’agisse d’un poste hybride, la personne choisie doit être en mesure de travailler en présentiel plus de deux jours par semaine, au besoin, surtout lors de l’intégration, des fins de mois, et de la fin d’exercice financier (31 décembre).
