About the role
Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate agent to join our established team. You’ll help buyers to find properties, qualify leads, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Compensation $90,000 - $200,000+
Responsibilities
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Tracking and reporting daily and weekly numbers and activities
- Work in a show home for one of our builders
Qualifications
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a valid Driver's License and your own vehicle
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- A proven record of sales experience and success
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
