About the role
Are you a strategic and technically grounded leader ready to shape and drive our enterprise architecture and technology strategy?
As Director of Enterprise Architecture, you will lead a small, high-impact team focused on aligning technology with business goals, optimizing business capabilities, and governing change across the organization.
You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to define architectural standards, evaluate new technologies, support business case development, and maintain visibility across all major initiatives. You will also influence C-level executives and key stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives align with enterprise goals.You will also play a key role in establishing a lightweight corporate Change Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure technology investments align with enterprise strategy and capacity.
Here is a glimpse at your responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise architecture function and roadmap.
- Maintain enterprise-wide visibility of projects to enable better coordination and capacity planning.
- Support the rollout of a data governance framework in line with architectural goals.
- Evaluate new technologies and guide technology selection in line with corporate risk management and compliance requirements.
- Help establish and operate a Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Mentor a Solutions Architect and EA Analyst.
- Oversee architecture-related investment planning and prioritization in collaboration with finance, IT, and business leaders.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or digital transformation.
- Strong grasp of business capabilities, solution evaluation, and governance.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical, business, and executive teams. - Familiarity with EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and governance models.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on ability to influence and execute.
