Job Title: Inside Sales & Retention Specialist

Location: London, Ontario (In-Office)

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with new and existing customers, offering smart home security, video surveillance, fire monitoring, and access control solutions.
  • Generate sales leads and upsell current customers.
  • Maintain existing accounts, driving retention through loyalty programs and strong customer relationships.
  • Set and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Customize security solutions for clients, meeting their evolving needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to optimize sales strategies and hit performance goals.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years in sales, customer retention, or account management.
  • Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Security ONE has come a long way since our humble beginnings in 1978. Set up by group of partners with an extensive background in security, the company remains locally owned and operated to this day.

With its origins in the basement of a house on Erie St in Leamington, ON, the company’s head office remains in the tomato capital of Canada. For many years, Security ONE operated out of an office on Oak St, when it expanded to include a branch office in Windsor, ON, and eventually Chatham, ON.

Security ONE moved its head office operations from Oak St to our current location on Sherk St, in Leamington, into the former agricultural testing facility for the H.J. Heinz Company. That same year saw the company’s latest expansion into London, ON.

With a work force of over 50, Security ONE serves customers across Southwestern Ontario and beyond.
