Do you take pride in helping customers and solving problems with efficiency and empathy? Primo is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Claims & Parts Analyst to handle inquiries related to damaged products. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our brand’s reputation by ensuring customer concerns are addressed with care and accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with issues related to defective or incomplete product orders.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
- Process claims and initiate replacement part orders accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and solutions provided.
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
What You Bring to the Role
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (claims/parts handling an asset).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a strong team player.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for helping customers.
