- Utilize Google Suite applications to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.
- Provide exceptional customer support at the front desk by greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate efficient office operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
