Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for ethical procurement, vendor partnerships, and collaborative leadership? Park Place Seniors Living is seeking a dynamic Corporate Procurement Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of procurement across our organization.

About the Role

As a Corporate Procurement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our supply chain. You’ll work closely with vendors, corporate leaders, and Resident Home teams to ensure procurement practices are cost-effective, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal service and value.
  • Lead and support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and track contract compliance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Resident Home teams and corporate departments to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
  • Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings and contract optimization.
  • Act as a liaison to resolve procurement-related issues and support business reviews.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Applied Leadership (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in vendor management, purchasing, or procurement coordination.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence purchasing behavior across diverse teams.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement.
