About the Role
As a Corporate Procurement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our supply chain. You’ll work closely with vendors, corporate leaders, and Resident Home teams to ensure procurement practices are cost-effective, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal service and value.
- Lead and support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and track contract compliance to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Resident Home teams and corporate departments to align procurement strategies with operational needs.
- Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings and contract optimization.
- Act as a liaison to resolve procurement-related issues and support business reviews.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Applied Leadership (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in vendor management, purchasing, or procurement coordination.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence purchasing behavior across diverse teams.
- A commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement.
