We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Project Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead and contribute to a variety of infrastructure, land development, and municipal servicing projects, applying your technical expertise, project management, and client coordination skills to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead civil engineering assignments focused on site grading, stormwater design, erosion and sediment control (ESC), and municipal infrastructure servicing.
- Solve complex design and field challenges using sound engineering judgment and knowledge of provincial and municipal standard.
- Interpret client requirements and coordinate work schedules to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Prepare and review design drawings, servicing reports, specifications, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Conduct site inspections and construction reviews to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to support integrated project delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, values-driven team environment.
- Maintain awareness of related disciplines such as hydraulic modeling, GIS, and environmental engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering consulting, with a focus on municipal and land development projects.
- P.Eng. designation (or eligibility for registration with APEGA).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with HydroCAD, SWMM, Bluebeam, GIS, and Microsoft Project is an asset.
- Strong understanding of municipal design standards, construction practices, and Canadian engineering codes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and client-facing skills.
