I am looking for someone who can guide design and coordination from concept to permit, including:

• Experience with multi-unit prefab/modular housing

• Familiarity with CMHC financing requirements (rental housing programs, affordability targets, etc.)

• Ability to produce and coordinate architectural and planning packages

• Comfortable working with municipalities for zoning, site plan approval, and building permits

• Collaborate closely with modular suppliers, structural engineers, and the construction team

📍 Location: Preferably GTA

Type: Contract or part-time consulting

Must have strong understanding of Ontario Building Code, modular design systems, and gentle-density policies.
