Associate Dentist – Cloverdale Dental (Etobicoke, ON)
Modern Facility | Full-Scope Practice | In-House Specialty Support | Open to New Grads Cloverdale Dental is seeking a clinically confident and motivated Associate Dentist to join our modern, full-service clinic in Etobicoke. This is a proactive growth opportunity with a fully booked schedule from day one, ideal for a new graduate or experienced associate ready to step into a productive and well-supported environment. Position Details:
Start Date: September 8, 2025
Location: 160 North Queen St, Etobicoke (newly built facility as of April 2025)
Schedule:
Week 1:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week 2:
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Schedule is anticipated to grow to four days per week by January 2026. This position includes immediate access to charts and patient demand from an existing provider, with strong potential for rapid growth.

Practice Overview:
- 15 operatories, with 2 dedicated to the associate
- 6 hygienists providing consistent recall and preventive flow
- 7,000 active patients and 15–20 new patients per month
- Fully staffed team including CDAs, treatment coordinator, and in-house lab tech (3–4 days/week)
- Located in a vibrant retail plaza with a shared dentist office and staff lunchroom

- CBCT, iTero, two CEREC systems, 3D printer, and Videa Health integration
- Practice Management Software: Dentrix
- In-House Specialists:
- Periodontist (2x/week)
- Orthodontist (2x/week)
- Endodontist (1x/week)
- Oral Surgeon (1x/month)
- Sedation Services: Nitrous, Oral, IV

Clinical Scope:
- Primary focus on Bread-and-Butter Dentistry
- Must be confident in:
- Basic Endodontics
- Basic Oral Surgery
- Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge)
- Balanced billing for CDCP patients; non-assignment model (payment due at time of service)
- In-house lab support available for efficiencies and case customization

Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
