Inside Sales & Design Consultant
You will be a pivotal member of our team, playing a critical role in enhancing the customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service and support to our clients within the showroom setting. You will also be assisting outside sales team with quote entry and pricing.
Key Requirements:

Clear criminal background check

Solid understanding of sales processes and client management

Understanding basic windows based software.

You will be client facing and this position is for candidates that are energetic, enthusiastic, and maintain a positive attitude
Core Responsibilities:
Client Assistance: Guide and assist clients in the showroom with their design and product needs.
Communication: Handle phone call inquiries professionally, offering accurate and helpful information.
Sales Support: Effectively upsell and cross-sell products, contributing to sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about our products and industry to become a knowledgeable resource for clients.
Tech Proficiency: Utilize digital tools and sales software efficiently

This role represents a fresh addition to our team and is part of a rapidly evolving division within an already well-established company. As such, the specifics of this position are expected to evolve and become more clearly defined over time, reflecting the dynamic nature of our expanding business segment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
