Canadian Natural has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Field Administrative Supervisor to come join our team. In this role, you’ll support and develop a team of administrative professionals, as well as play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Job location: Whitecourt, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts
- Safety sensitive position: Yes

Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the processing of invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures as well as the review of employee timecards and labour allocation
- Provide operating and capital cost reporting
- Gather and review monthly production data
- Review volume variance reports
- Ensure flared and/or vented gas volumes are submitted to Production Accounting by Field Operations
- Communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- Support general office administration and contribute ideas for process improvement
What You Bring To The Role
- 8+ years of administrative experience (preference given to oil and gas industry related experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Experience with the following programs would be considered an asset:
- JD Edwards (Enterprise One)
- Open Invoice (ADP)
- PM Suite or other Production Accounting data capturing systems
- PI System
