Weβre seeking a Partnerships Manager or Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead the development of relationships with top-tier brands, drive creative campaigns, and generate new revenue streams. This role requires someone with prior agency experience, exceptional networking skills, and a proven ability to deliver measurable results for leading brands.
Key Responsibilities: π
Partnership Development:
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with leading brands to bring premium experiences to tenants across Grata Plus properties π.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners by aligning their brand goals with Grataβs tenant engagement strategy.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel advertising and engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with tenant demographics and property owner expectations π.
- Work closely with marketing teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns that resonate with tenants and drive ROI for partners.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop creative strategies to monetize partnerships and campaigns, unlocking new revenue streams for both Grata and property owners π°.
- Work collaboratively with sales and property teams to align partnership opportunities with client objectives.
Client Collaboration:
- Partner with property owners to identify tenant needs and design campaigns that enhance resident satisfaction and engagement ποΈ.
Market Representation:
- Represent Grata Plus at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with potential partners and clients π.
- Position Grata Plus as a thought leader in tenant engagement and premium brand partnerships.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and measure the success of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies for future initiatives π.
Requirements: π
Experience:
- 5+ years in an agency or similar role managing brand partnerships, advertising campaigns, or business development.
- A proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and building long-term partnerships with major brands.
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with tenant engagement strategies and multifamily housing demographics.
- Experience working with property management or real estate clients is a strong plus.
Creativity & Vision:
- Ability to develop innovative campaigns that align with the goals of brands, tenants, and property owners π―.
- Networking Skills:
- Established connections within the advertising, branding, and real estate industries π€.
Communication:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and present campaign performance to stakeholders π€.
