About the role
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- You have been a successful sales representative for 3 to 5 years with at least 3 years of experience from Industrial sales.
- You are responsible for negotiating capital investment equipment contracts and service agreements with established and new customers.
- You are a self-motivated individual with a keen desire to succeed and you possess the skills and characteristics necessary to achieve that success.
- You are a quick learner, able to grasp new concepts while continually learning the value of the products the company offers.
- You also recognize how to promote these solutions to the customer.
- Proven track record to meet and exceed goals
- Excellent communication skills
- B2B and retail experiences
- Driven by results and strong focus on the sales process
- Customer focused with a positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

About REDEMAC
A Redemac é uma rede associativa de lojas de materiais de construção e decoração, com mais de 100 pontos de venda no Rio Grande do Sul. É formada por empresas tradicionais já consolidadas no mercado. Com 20 anos de atuação, é uma das fortes redes originadas do projeto Redes de Cooperação da Sedai (Secretaria do Desenvolvimento dos Assuntos Internacionais do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul). Tudo começou no final de 1999, quando 11 empresas começaram a discutir sobre trabalho em conjunto. Em 2000, a decisão de ampliar o número de associados gerou a necessidade de oficializar a união do grupo de lojistas, fazendo com que procurassem o apoio e orientação da Sedai. Em 6 de novembro de 2001 acontecia, então, o lançamento oficial da marca Redemac para o mercado consumidor.
