- A natural problem-solver who can anticipate needs, juggle multiple priorities, and act with discretion
- A confident communicator and collaborator, skilled in working across teams and time zones
- Comfortable using productivity tools and systems to keep operations running smoothly
- Experience supporting executives, ideally in technical or engineering organizations
- Expertise in calendar and time management with a focus on strategic alignment
- Ability to prepare meeting materials, manage follow-ups, and coordinate logistics for complex schedules
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our engineering executives. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to multiple VPs, helping them stay focused on what matters most. You’ll manage their calendars, communications, meetings, and travel logistics, playing a critical role in enabling leadership efficiency and alignment across key engineering initiatives
- How to operate at the heart of a cutting-edge engineering organization
- How to prioritize and support leadership in a dynamic and high-growth environment
- How to drive clarity and focus for executives by optimizing how they spend their time
- How to influence communication and coordination across a globally distributed tea
