Compensation Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn, grow, and lead: Start with a hands-on sales role while receiving structured leadership training and mentoring from experienced managers.
- Develop relationships with SMB owners, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions that matter.
- Drive new business development and grow your own territory with entrepreneurial ownership.
- Master sales strategies, tools, and tech as you prepare to become a future Sales Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Superstar: You have 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- People Connector: You’re approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Coachable & Curious: You’re open to feedback, love learning, and take initiative to grow your skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRMs, iPads, digital presentations, and using tech to optimize the sales process.
- Driven & Goal-Oriented: You chase results and love to win, both independently and as part of a team.
- Mobile & Flexible: You have a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and are ready to be on the move in your territory.
