About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce Consultant with hands-on expertise in Integrations , Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Workforce Management (WFM) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position open to candidates across Canada, with remote work flexibility and occasional on-site client engagement.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement, optimize, and integrate Ceridian Dayforce solutions. Your work will directly impact the success of HR, payroll, learning, and scheduling systems across our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support Dayforce implementation, configuration, and optimization projects.
- Design and develop integrations between Dayforce and third-party applications (e.g., HRIS, payroll, LMS, ERP systems).
- Provide functional and technical expertise in modules such as WFM (Workforce Management) and/or LMS.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into scalable Dayforce solutions.
- Configure system components to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to integrations, scheduling, timekeeping, or learning platforms.
- Support testing efforts, data validation, user training, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Maintain documentation and provide ongoing support or enhancements post-implementation.
- Travel for on-site client visits as needed (minimal but required).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with Ceridian Dayforce.
- Proven experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Dayforce Integrations (API, SFTP, middleware, etc.)
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) in Dayforce
- Workforce Management (WFM) module
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, or scheduling processes.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and system integration best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Must be eligible for Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance (citizen or permanent resident, with 5+ years of residency in Canada).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
