Job Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a versatile and outgoing server/bartender to join the team at our casual, high-energy pub-style restaurant known for great food, cold drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere. In this hybrid role, you'll roll could rotate between serving tables and working behind the bar—providing top-notch service, pouring great drinks, and making sure every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Server:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and drink recommendations.
• Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues promptly.
• Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.

As a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and for table service.
• Engage with guests at the bar in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain stock levels and keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Verify guest age and serve alcohol responsibly according to local regulations.

General Duties:

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support team members and assist in other areas as needed.
• Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in both serving and bartending preferred.
• Solid knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Outgoing, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and possess a valid Smart Serve
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25–40 lbs and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $17.20 per hour
