Now Hiring: Community Driver

Are you a safe, friendly, and dependable driver who enjoys interacting with others and making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a Community Driver to join our team and help transport our residents safely and comfortably to appointments, outings, and other destinations.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the community bus or other vehicles on scheduled routes and outings

• Assist in planning and maintaining an efficient transportation schedule

• Ensure all transportation is conducted safely and with respect for residents’ needs

• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior at all times

• Promptly report any vehicle issues to the Maintenance Manager

• Support a positive resident experience through professional, courteous service

What We’re Looking For:

• Authorization from Brightwater to operate company vehicles (we’ll help with the process)

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Meets state/provincial health and driving requirements

• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to serving others
